People around the world choose to sanctify their deceased ones either by cremation or burial. In cremation process, after the body of the deceased is burnt, a small portion of the ashes may be scattered and the remainder can be preserved in cremation urns which can be kept as keepsakes by family members. Some people choose to bury the remains in funeral urns or place them in large cremation urns to fit into a cremation niche at a cemetery.
