Ginnie Delinquency Sinks

Between December and January, single-family delinquency of at least 90 days tumbled 90 basis points, Ginnie Mae reported.

The rate was more than 100 BPS better than 13 months earlier.

The improvement in late payments contrasted a decline in Ginni Mae issuances.
