On a seasonally adjusted basis, delinquency of at least 30 days, including foreclosures in process, fell 6 basis points, the Mortgage Bankers Association reported.

New foreclosure filings declined 22 BPS, MBA said.

But both delinquency and new foreclosures were higher than a year earlier.
