$300 Million CMBS Closes

The issuance of Impact Funding Affordable Multifamily Housing Mortgage Loan Trust 2010-1 has been announced.

The deal includes $302 million in loans, according to the statement.

The transaction is backed by 176 affordable multifamily mortgage loans.
