Fitch Ratings announced that it raised Specialized Loan Servicing LLC ’s residential primary servicer rating. The upgrade impacted its residential primary servicer rating for Alt-A, subprime and home-equity line-of-credit loans. Fitch highlighted the management team, technology enhancements and other operational improvements.
