Indiana’s attorney general announced the filing of three lawsuits Friday against "foreclosure rescue" companies.
The cases were filed using a new state law that requires for-profit foreclosure prevention companies to post a bond with the attorney general in order to do business in the state.
The new cases make 22 lawsuits that the attorney general has filed this year against foreclosure consultants.
