2 FHA Bills Passed

A bill passed by Congress increases the maximum mortgage insurance premium that can be charged by the Federal Housing Admininstration.

Another bill passed by both houses provides additional funding for FHA multifamily programs.

Both pieces of legislation are on their way to the president’s desk.
